This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the rescheduling of sessions, cancellation policy, and other relevant points regarding the services you receive from SEVEE Care.

This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the rescheduling of sessions, the cancellation policy, and other relevant points regarding the services you receive from SEVEE Care. Parties The terms ‘You,’ ‘Your’ refer to the registered user of SEVEE Care’s services. The terms ‘SEVEE Care,’ ‘We,’ ‘Us,’ and ‘Company’ refer to SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd., registered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Applicability This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all registered users of SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. who have completed the registration process by making the required payments for accessing the counseling or therapy services. No Refund Policy SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. operates under a strict no refund policy. Once you purchase any service, you are responsible for utilizing the sessions within the service time period. You are required to manage and track your session usage as refunds or adjustments are not offered for unutilized or expired services. Session Rescheduling: Once you book a session, it can be rescheduled up to two times, provided you request the change at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. To request a rescheduling, you must email write@sevee.care to make the necessary changes. Beyond two reschedules, the session will be considered utilized, and no further changes will be allowed. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: If you wish to make any changes to the pre-booked session, this must be done 12 hours prior to the scheduled time. Any no-shows or changes made within 12 hours of the allotted session time will result in the session being counted as utilized, and the fees paid for that session will not be refunded or adjusted. This policy ensures that the time reserved for you by the counselor remains respected and compensates for missed appointments. Counselor-Initiated Cancellations: If a SEVEE Care counselor cancels a session for any reason, you are entitled to reschedule that session as per your priority and convenience. No fees will be deducted, and the session credit will remain available for future use. No Refund for Package Expiration Clients are required to utilize their purchased sessions within the valid time period specified at the time of purchase. Once the service time lapses, any unutilized sessions will be forfeited, and no refunds or adjustments will be provided. No Refund for Discounted Packages Refunds will not be provided for any packages purchased at discounted prices, through promotional offers, or redeemed with special benefits or session credits provided by SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. from time to time. Late or Missing Refunds Although we do not offer refunds for sessions or services, any adjustments or credits that need to be processed (e.g., due to accounting errors) will be handled within 15 working days after approval. If you experience any delays in receiving adjustments, please contact us via email for further assistance. Governing Law This Refund and Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved under Indian law.
