  1. Start with Selecting"Therapy With An Expert" or "Therapy With An Associate" —  pick whichever feels right for you and hit Book Now.

  2. Choose your therapist (check out the team here) based on what connects with you — language, specialty, vibe, experience, or anything else that feels right. Once you select the name → step 3.

  3. See their calendar. If the time doesn't work, click Edit next to their name to check another therapist's schedule within the same group or join the waitlist.

  4. Pick your time and confirm —then hit next — you'll be taken to the payment gateway. Add the required details and once you get receipt → step 5.

  5. Confirm and Manage your bookings from the Members Area, next to your login ID.
