Personality Related Concerns

What problems can counselling help with?

Counselling can support people experiencing emotional, mental health, behavioural and relationship concerns such as anxiety, depression, overthinking, stress, anger, burnout, addiction or dependency, trauma-related experiences and relationship difficulties.

Do I need to know what is wrong before starting counselling?

No. You don't need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what to call your concern. You can begin by describing what you're experiencing, and the counsellor can help you understand where to start.

Which type of counselling is right for me?

It depends on your concern. Individual counselling may be appropriate for personal and emotional concerns, while marriage, relationship, family, parenting or teen counselling may be more relevant when the concern involves particular relationships or life stages.
