SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. Refund & Cancellation Policies

1. Applicability This policy applies to all registered users who have completed registration and payment for SEVEE CARE's counseling services. 2. Commitment Plans SEVEE CARE offers Commitment Plans of 1, 5, and 10 sessions, available with either an Associate or Expert Therapist, each with its own validity period specified at the time of purchase. These plans are designed to reward committed, ongoing engagement with more accessible pricing; in exchange, it is your responsibility to use your sessions within the applicable validity period. If you are unsure of your schedule or ongoing availability, you may choose a single-session (1) Commitment Plan with an Associate or Expert Therapist, which must be used within 7 days of purchase. 3. No Refund Policy SEVEE Care operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once a Commitment Plan is purchased, payment is final. Refunds are not offered for unutilized, partially utilized, or expired sessions, except as required by applicable law. 4. No Cancellation Policy SEVEE Care does not offer session cancellations. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, your only option is to reschedule in accordance with Clause 5 below, or to book a new slot within your plan's validity period. Sessions cannot be cancelled for a refund or credit under any circumstance. 5. Rescheduling of Sessions Sessions must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. Any changes to a booked session must also be made at least 6 hours before the scheduled time, directly through the members area of your account. A session can be rescheduled up to two times; beyond that, it will be considered utilized and no further changes will be permitted. If you have a specific time preference for your sessions, we recommend booking as far in advance as possible, as your preferred slot may not be available closer to your intended session time. 6. Late Changes & No-Shows Changes made within 6 hours of the scheduled session, and no-shows, will be treated as a utilized session — the session will be forfeited with no refund or adjustment. This ensures the time reserved for you by your Therapist is respected and compensates for missed appointments. 7. Therapist-Initiated Cancellations If your SEVEE Care Therapist cancels a session for any reason, you may reschedule as per your convenience with no fee deducted and no loss of session credit. 8. Sessions Not Completed Due to Client Condition Where a session is paused, declined, or discontinued because a client does not appear able to meaningfully participate — including due to the effects of alcohol, drugs, or medication — or because a client's needs fall outside the scope of counseling services, the session will be treated as utilized, with no refund or credit issued, in accordance with the Informed Consent & Therapy Agreement. 9. Technical Difficulties If you are unable to reschedule or manage a booking through the members area due to a technical issue, contact us by email at connect@sevee.care or WhatsApp at +91 97127 77330. We aim to respond within 48 hours. 10. Plan Expiration You are required to utilize purchased sessions within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Once this period lapses, unutilized sessions are forfeited, and no refunds or adjustments will be made. 11. Discounted or Promotional Plans Refunds will not be provided for plans purchased at discounted prices, through promotional offers, or redeemed using session credits or special benefits provided by SEVEE Care from time to time. 12. Adjustments and Errors While we do not offer refunds for sessions, any adjustments or credits required due to a genuine accounting or platform error will be processed within 30 working days of approval. Contact us for assistance with any such issue. 13. Therapist Unavailability If your Therapist goes on leave or exits SEVEE Care, no refund will be issued; you will have the option to select a substitute Therapist to continue your sessions. 14. Consumer Rights Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence. 15. Governing Law This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, subject to Clause 14 above.
