My Story

I began my academic career with a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) and a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from HL Institute. For about five years, I worked in the field of SEO. But I felt something was missing. I realized that what truly drew me in was not just systems and numbers, but people—their emotions, stories, and the ways they make meaning of their lives. This curiosity and inner calling brought me back to academics, and I decided to pursue a Master’s in Psychology (Clinical). It was one of the most rewarding decisions I have made, as it aligned with something I had felt strongly for a long time: the desire to help people help themselves.

Friends around me often told me that I should consider becoming a therapist. They would say, “You make people feel so comfortable; they can open up to you easily.” I always valued this feedback deeply because it touched on something I hold as one of my core strengths: the ability to build rapport naturally. To me, therapy begins with connection. If someone feels safe, understood, and not judged, half the healing journey has already started.

Through Sevee (Psych Social) and under the mentorship of Parita, I am learning and expanding my skills as a therapist. This platform gives me an opportunity to blend my academic training with real-life application, while being guided and supported by experienced professionals. I see myself growing here, not only in knowledge but also in practice and presence.

In my therapeutic approach, I value empathy, openness, and non-judgment. My areas of interest include working with anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, identity crises, and relationship difficulties. These are struggles that many individuals silently carry, often feeling alone or misunderstood. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions freely, without fear of judgment.

At the heart of my work is the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-understanding. My role is not to “fix” but to facilitate, to walk alongside, and to empower people in finding their own strengths and solutions. With every session, I hope to bring patience, compassion, and authenticity, creating a space where transformation is possible.
