Hello

I’m Hardini Shah, a clinical psychology postgraduate and therapist who believes in the quiet power of being truly seen. I’ve always been fascinated by the stories that shape us, how different things affect us, and in my work, I focus on creating a space where people can explore, reflect, and grow- without judgment, at their own pace, and with a sense of understanding and care.

Associate Psychologist - Early career, fresh perspectives, guided practice, supervised growth.

My Story

I’ve always believed that mental health work isn’t just about applying techniques- it’s about listening deeply, showing up authentically, and growing alongside the people you support. That belief has shaped my journey in clinical psychology, from working with children with disabilities using arts and animal-assisted therapies to conducting therapy sessions under supervision and creating community-driven wellness programs. Each experience has taught me something new about resilience, connection, and the quiet power of presence.

My approach is informed by research, fieldwork, and a genuine curiosity about people’s inner worlds. Whether it’s through psychoeducational content, basic counseling, or simply holding space for someone who needs to be heard, I strive to make mental health more accessible and human. I’ve come to see firsthand how even everyday struggles like overthinking, low motivation, or difficulty focusing can deeply affect someone’s sense of self.

Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, I enjoy building bridges across age, culture, and context. I bring an eclectic lens, grounded in evidence, but always flexible to the person in front of me. When I’m not immersed in research or sessions, you’ll find me exploring new places, spending time with loved ones, or losing myself in the world of fiction.

It can get difficult to fight silent battles alone each day, to feel confused and not know what to do next. I believe therapy is a shared process and that healing doesn’t have to be lonely. In therapy, we meet not just to solve issues, but to gently untangle, to be seen without judgment, and to find meaning in places you may have overlooked. If you are ready to do that, start your healing journey, shape your life like how you want to, then I am here to be with you with no judgements, patience and care.
