My Story
For me, helping others with their mental health isn’t just a job—it’s my passion. I hold a BA in Psychology from St. Xavier’s and an MSc in Mental Health from Queen Mary University of London, but what truly fuels my work is the real, personal connection I build with each of my clients. While I was studying in London, I had the chance to work in a hospital where I supported people dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges. This experience taught me the importance of understanding each person’s unique struggles and how to offer the right kind of care to help them move forward. Back in India, I worked as a therapist in both hospitals and my private practice. I connected with individuals facing all kinds of challenges—everything from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and personal loss. What I’ve learned through these experiences is that healing looks different for everyone. But no matter the journey, everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. Now that I’m in Toronto and working toward getting officially registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I’m excited to offer the same level of care and support to people here. I bring a compassionate and open-minded approach to therapy that combines modern techniques with an understanding of what it means to be human. My goal is simple: to provide a space where you feel safe to open up, explore your thoughts, and move toward the changes you want to see in your life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, or just looking for support during a tough time, I’m here to guide you at your own pace. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me practicing yoga, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or enjoying music. These activities help me stay grounded and remind me of the little things in life that bring joy and peace. If you’re looking for a therapist who listens, understands, and works with you toward healing, I’d love to connect. Let’s take the first step together and create a path to a healthier, happier you. Reach out, and let’s start this journey!
