The terms “therapy” and “therapist” are used on our website for ease of understanding and refer to our qualified psychologists and counsellors providing counselling services within their professional qualifications and applicable Indian standards. These terms should not be understood as a claim of psychiatric or medical licensure.

Our counselling services are intended to support emotional wellbeing, self-understanding, relationships, coping, and personal growth. Where a person may be experiencing a mental health condition or requires medical or psychiatric care, counselling may be provided as supportive care alongside appropriate treatment from a qualified psychiatrist or other licensed medical professional. We do not replace or interfere with necessary medical or psychiatric treatment.
