Even therapist-client relationships, online or social media connections, long-distance bonds, one-sided dynamics, or toxic and codependent patterns can deeply affect our mental health. Cancellation Policy
By selecting and using the services of SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd., I, [Login ID], acknowledge and give informed consent to the following terms and conditions: Emergency Services I understand SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. does not provide emergency services. In emergencies, I agree to contact my treating doctor or visit the nearest hospital immediately. Appointments and Scheduling Sessions are available by appointment only and are conducted via video call. Communication outside of sessions is limited to scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments. Each session lasts 45 minutes; any session extending beyond 60 minutes will incur additional fees. I agree that if I am late, the missed time will not be compensated. If absent, my therapist will wait for 15 minutes; after that, I will be marked as a no-show. In case of emergency rescheduling, I will contact connect@sevee.care. Rescheduling Policy I agree to reschedule sessions at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. I acknowledge that any no-shows or changes made within 6 hours will incur the full session fee. I accept responsibility for tracking the limited window of my purchased service. Manage Bookings I can manage my bookings, subscriptions, and appointments directly from the members' area under my login ID. I agree to regularly check for updates to policies and terms. Communication with Third Parties Updates or information shared with family members or third parties require my explicit consent during a scheduled video call. SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. will not disclose any information to third parties without this consent. Confidentiality and Consent I consent to SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. taking and maintaining session notes, which are confidential and securely stored for professional purposes only. I agree not to record any audio or video of the sessions without written permission. I understand that my service provider and any third parties are also prohibited from recording sessions without my consent. Consultant Liability I acknowledge that my service provider is a consultant with SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd., and SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. is not legally responsible for the service provider's individual actions or practices. Client’s Responsibility I understand my emotional and mental health is my responsibility. SEVEE Care Pvt. Ltd. provides guidance, but I acknowledge that they are not responsible for outcomes in my life before, during, or after therapy sessions, nor are they liable for any loss or mishap.
